Dear guests, all participants of the 21st International CODATA Conference “Scientific information for society – form today to the future” and the 26th General Assembly of the Committee on Data for Science and Technology will be accommodated in the “President Hotel”**** which about the accommodation of the conference participants.
The CODATA 08 Local Organizing Committee has a special agreement with the “President Hotel”**** and book the rooms accordingly.

You will be accommodated in the “President Hotel”****, full information about participants that have reserved accomodation is here (MS Word).
For making any changes in booking, please contact the CODATA 08 Local Organizing Committee, but not directly the Hotel.If you cancel the hotel reservation later than 7 days before the beginning of the conference, you will have to pay a fine at the rate of 100% (one hundred percent) from the cost for one night staying. The hotel is situated in 39 kilometres from international airport Borispol and in 5 kilometres from the central railway station. It will take you 10 minutes walk to the main street of Kyiv – Khreschatyk and 20-25 minutes to get to the Conference venue by metro or a special bus. Rooms may be reserved. A participant should inform Local Organizing Committee in advance.
In each room there are:
- telephone (local calls – free of charge);
- TV-set (31 TV channels), radio;
- air-conditioner;
- mini-bar.
Economy room is designed in business style can be used either
for single or for double accommodation.
In case of double accommodation we offer two separate beds.
Rate:
1 person – 732 UAH (EUR 106),
2 persons – 832 UAH (EUR 121).
Standard room is designed combining business style and home cosiness. The room can be used either for single or for double accommodation. Rooms have one queen size bed or two separate beds.
Rate:
1 person – 960 UAH (EUR 139),
2 persons – 1060 UAH (EUR 154).
Room rate includes:
- buffet breakfast (from 7:00 till 11:00);
- handing two pieces of luggage;
- fitness centre services - sauna, indoor pool, gym (from 7:00 till 11:00);
- correspondence delivery to the room;
- open parking lot;
- all taxes.
Young scientists will be given a possibility to be accommodated in the hostels of the NTUU “KPI” (at the rate 15 EUR (one place in double room) and 20 EUR (one place in double and triple rooms)).
