Dear guests, all participants of the 21st International CODATA Conference “Scientific information for society – form today to the future” and the 26th General Assembly of the Committee on Data for Science and Technology will be accommodated in the “President Hotel”**** which about the accommodation of the conference participants.
The CODATA 08 Local Organizing Committee has a special agreement with the “President Hotel”**** and book the rooms accordingly.

You will be accommodated in the “President Hotel”****, full information about participants that have reserved accomodation is here (MS Word).
For making any changes in booking, please contact the CODATA 08 Local Organizing Committee, but not directly the Hotel.If you cancel the hotel reservation later than 7 days before the beginning of the conference, you will have to pay a fine at the rate of 100% (one hundred percent) from the cost for one night staying.
