Ukraine has become a very vivid country, rich in culture and history. There is much to offer tourists, many lovely sites, traditional sounds, decadent flavor and unique smells. A wide variety of attractions in Ukraine capture the interest of tourists from the world over. One such Ukrainian attraction is St. Sophia Cathedral and Monastery, built during the 11th century. Also located in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, are attractions such as The Golden Gate, Cathedral of St. Vladimir, Museum of Ukrainian Art, Andreyev Hill, Opera House and Historical Museum of Ukraine.

Kyiv Botanical Garden
Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, is one of the oldest and greenest cities in Europe.  It was founded on hills overlooking the Dnipro river over 1500 years ago. Currently, the area of the city is 827 sq. km with a population of about 3 million.
Kiev is an important industrial, scientific, educational and cultural center of Eastern Europe. It is home to many high- tech industries, higher education institutions, world-famous historical landmarks. The city has an extensive infrastructure and highly developed system of public transport, including the Kyiv Metro.

The Conference will be held at the National Technical University of Ukraine “ Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” campus, which is located near the city centre and occupies above  80 square kilometers. There are 27 academic and research  buildings, the Congress Hall and the University Library comprising together  30 modern conference and meeting rooms designed for functions up to 1500 people.

NTUU”KPI” is the biggest technical university in Ukraine. It was founded in 1898 with only four departments shown on the  University logo (Mechanical,  Agricultural, Chemical and Forestry Engineering).There are now 10 Educational – Research Institutes and 19 Departments with 42 000 students  and 39 bachelor’s, 92 master’s and 82 Ph.D. programs.
